Fuji Japenese Steak House in Jefferson City, MO (as well as other locations). Sushi is a favorite, however, I have learned that imitation crab DOES contain gluten, so be careful what you order!

Can’t remember the name of this restaurant, but it was a restaurant/arcade combo in St. Louis, MO. This was the Salman Protein Bowl and it was so good!

Green Leaf Cafe & Coffee Bar is one of Jefferson City, MO’s most underrated little gluten free joints. This was the Freddy Farmers Market Breakfast Bowl and an order of Biscuits & Gravy. They are extra cautious, family owned and run, and some of the most amazing food in Jefferson City, MO.
